1.- fresh fish, tuna, dorado, gruper,sailfish,marlin,bonito.
2.- limones
3.- angin( cebolla)
4.- chiles serranos
5.- salt
6.- soya souce
7.- oliva oil
cut the filet of fish in strips(tiritas),and thin.
cut the cebolla same way
cut the chiles same way
put on the dish the fish strips, and on the fish the cebolla, chiles, and salt in the end the limon juice, no to match juice you have to eat almoust raw, soya sauce you can put if you want and the aguacate too, or oliva oil, eat with chips or salt crakerts. test before you service and if you like is ready
