Dec. 2004 was our third time to the Presidente and fifth time to this area. I thought the Presidente was better than ever. Service was better, food was better and everything at the resort was great. I liked the resort the first two times we stayed there but, the third time I loved the resort. BTW, December is off season, too, I believe.
