The Club Med is an option that is essentially forgotten on this forum. It is fairly isolated, all inclusive (like all Club Meds, the food is good), and it has some of the best organized children's activities you will find anywhere. I believe that it was substantially renovated a couple years back. For a review with pictures, see:
