Stayed there in May. Only the commons area is open-air. The bedrooms are arranged like a conventional home with central hallways. Everything about this fascility is spectacular. Even at peak capacity, you will have privacy. I recommend you request the room that faces the pool.
The owner is retired and lives in Arizona, so be patient with your correspondence.
