Had a great trip to Troncones that ended badly with a rip off from Thrifty. They 'converted' my contract from dollars as reserved, to pesos, at 11.75- almost a 20% upcharge. They were very helpful until I wanted to resolve that. I would strongly recommend using any other vendor then them- what a sham. Have calls into the corporate level but suspect will hear that this is a franchise. Troncones was fantastic- great food, nice people, great beaches and waves. The storms brought out more bugs then we'd ever seen but the weather most of the trip was great (6/21-6/28)
