Check out Paradise Properties. They are by far the best. Judith Whitehead's properties are wonderful. She and her staff are very helpful. I requested flowers for our condo, and cerveza in the refrigerator when we arrived. I was without words when I saw the flowers. Yes, the cerveza was cold. She is the best! But, she has a son, Rob, and he has a wonderful web site, it answers all of your questions, just seek and you will find all of your answers. If not, then ask on his message board. But he really has done a good job. Just be patient, and search, he has it all there.
