Nothing really happens on La Ropa but it can get a little crowded in town down by the pier, obviously. Just avoid that area all together unless you like swarms of fanny packs and wife beaters(tank tops). Other than that, just a big, fat, floating city(or two if your lucky) in your view while on La Ropa(or anywhere for that matter). Anyday is a good day to fishing as far as I'm concerned. Try Ramon Olea. Good Man. Born and raised in Z. His brother Hector is good as well. You should be able to find their #'s on this website or search the archives on this board.
