Rented from them in Loreto some years back, excellent service, though that doesn't help much in Zihua. Above advice re insurance is correct, you can scroll down to the last discussion of the topic Oct 9-10. Even if you're supposedly covered by your credit card, if you have an accident and do not have Mexican insurance, you could find yourself in trouble. The rental co. will let you take the car after declining insurance, so it depends how lucky you feel.
